FusionAI Data Deletion Instructions

Send access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, objection or withdrawal requests to deon@myfusionpay.com or support@myfusionpay.com. Identify the relevant FusionAI tenant/account and requested scope. Do not send passwords, access tokens or unnecessary identity documents.

Verification and completion

FusionAI verifies requester identity, tenant relationship, Merchant/controller authority, scope and legal hold before action. Unverified or ambiguous identities erase nothing.

Approved active-store data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised within 30 days. A documented legal hold, security investigation or controller dependency may require restriction instead.

Limited retained evidence

Minimal audit or deletion-receipt evidence may remain for 365 days without retaining deleted message content. Provider-side deletion follows applicable account controls and provider terms.
