Information and purposes

FusionAI processes account, tenant permission, customer/contact, CRM, conversation, attachment, delivery, consent/deletion, audit and technical-log data for customer engagement, messaging, support, AI assistance, security, reliability and audit.

Merchants determine end-customer business purposes. LONGFIT processes that data to provide FusionAI and determines purposes for platform account, security, billing, risk and operational data.

Basis, providers and transfers

Processing supports customer-service contracts, consent where applicable law or messaging rules require it, and legally permitted security, audit and abuse-prevention interests.

Providers are Meta WhatsApp on provider-operated global infrastructure, OpenAI through Global geography at api.openai.com with no Malaysia-residency claim, and Alibaba Cloud Malaysia. Processing may occur outside Malaysia under applicable data terms, account controls and data minimisation.

Security, AI and human review

FusionAI applies authentication, role controls, forced tenant row-level security, least privilege, secret protection and audit. AI output may be incorrect; unsupported, uncertain or high-risk matters require human assistance.

Retention and rights

Test/trial contacts, conversations and delivery metadata are retained for 90 days; attachments for 30 days; audit/security logs and consent/deletion receipts for 365 days, unless a documented legal or security hold applies.

Send access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, objection or withdrawal requests to either contact above. Verified requests are completed within 30 days unless a legal hold or Merchant/controller dependency applies.
