FusionAI Terms and Data Processing Statement

Authorized users may use FusionAI only for lawful customer engagement and CRM within their tenant and permissions. Users are responsible for account security, authorized content, notices and consent, and provider-rule compliance.

Credential sharing, abusive content, unauthorized access and attempts to bypass tenant boundaries are prohibited.

Data roles

Merchants determine business purposes and instructions for end-customer data. LONGFIT INTERNATIONAL SDN BHD processes that data to provide and secure FusionAI and separately determines purposes for platform accounts, security, billing, risk and operations.

AI and providers

AI-assisted output is not guaranteed accurate and does not replace human judgment. Sensitive, unsupported or high-risk answers require human escalation. Meta WhatsApp, OpenAI and Alibaba Cloud usage is subject to applicable provider terms.

Contract boundary

A separate enterprise data-processing agreement must be decided before a Paid Pilot or contract requiring one. This statement is not an executed customer DPA and makes no certification claim.
